Simply add your required items to your basket enter your postcode and the system will calculate your delivery charge and the different delivery options for your order.
Once you have ordered your products online you will receive a confirmation email, please check that all the items are correct. Once your products have been picked and have been collected by our courier we will email you with your shipping date. We have a number of delivery options either 48 hour Express delivery or 5 working days standard delivery. On the day of your delivery our courier partner will email you a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery.
National TIMBER deliveries are delivered either via our national courier partners or on our own vehicles this is dependent on order value and postcode – please check the product lead time plus the shipping time for your full delivery timescale.
National WORKTOP deliveries are two man deliveries and are delivered to the room of your choice ground floor only. Our courier will contact you with a 2 hour timeslot estimated time of arrival.
National MADE TO MEASURE DOOR deliveries are two man deliveries and are delivered to the room of your choice ground floor only. Our courier will contact you with a 2 hour time-slot estimated time of arrival.
National Direct delivery of Internal Doors are one man and require someone to assist the delivery driver at point of delivery
Please be aware certain deliveries may be delivered via 2 separate couriers due to the size of the products within an order
External timber products can be left safe at the property if required the timber will only be left at front of side of the property.

Please be aware there are certain products that we do not ship nationally, these include Sheet materials, Contiplas furniture board.
All goods must be inspected for damage or shortfall on delivery in the presence of the delivery driver if possible but if not then this can be done within a 24 hour period from delivery. Any loss or damage must be clearly written on the delivery note if possible and we must be informed with photographic evidence via electronic mail within 1 working day of receipt (for avoidance of doubt, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days) of any damage, shortfall or incorrect product. No claims for loss or damage can be made after this. Upon signing/ accepting the goods, the Customer will become responsible for the goods and any subsequent loss, damage or destruction of the goods. The delivery note (if given – please note some couriers do not provide delivery notes) is a legal document and is the only admissible proof that delivery has been made to you without any loss or damage.
